About The Vaat ,Pitta & Kaph : The another 3 pillars in Ayurveda 🌿

Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. It is based on the idea that health is a state of balance between the body, mind, and spirit. Ayurveda identifies three fundamental doshas, or humors, that make up the human body: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

1. Vata is associated with the elements of air and space. It governs movement, communication, and creativity. People with a Vata-dominant constitution are often described as being thin, restless, and talkative.

2. Pitta is associated with the elements of fire and water. It governs digestion, metabolism, and transformation. People with a Pitta-dominant constitution are often described as being warm, intense, and passionate.

3. Kapha is associated with the elements of earth and water. It governs structure, lubrication, and immunity. People with a Kapha-dominant constitution are often described as being strong, stable, and patient.

• Ayurveda believes that health is achieved when the doshas are in balance. When the doshas are out of balance, it can lead to disease. The goal of Ayurvedic treatment is to restore balance to the doshas.
